Midstate
Construction recently completed
construction of the Waterfront Apartments on the banks
of the Petaluma River near the D street drawbridge.
This project continues a successful business relationship
with Basin Street Properties, including Petaluma Town
Center Parking Garage and Theatre Square Apartments,
a three story 56 apartment unit, retail and office
building across from Boulevard Cinemas. The
90 units in the Waterfront Apartments are built on
an approximate 2.82 acre site. Office space and live/work
spaces are also available in this development, part
of the downtown revitilization of Petaluma.
The scope of construction consisted
of four new three and four story buildings totaling
120,000 square feet and a refurbished historic warehouse
building. The Waterfront Apartment's colorful corrugated
metal siding is a playful recognition of the once
industrial environs of the Waterfront area.
