Construction has proudly finished the new La Tortilla
Factory for owner / developer Ursus Development Group
several weeks ahead of schedule. The new single story
74,665 square foot building is on a 213,563 square
foot site located in north Santa Rosa at the Westwind
Business Park. This new facility will be La Tortilla
Factory's corporate office and will be used to manufacture
and ship its food products nationwide. This single
building is an expansion from their previous six building,
60,000 square foot facility.

The
large factory style building features twenty offices,
cafeteria, conference room, training rooms and a
test kitchen. The entire manufacturing procedure
from intake of ingredients to output of La Tortilla's
products are self-contained within this building.
The lobby and front entrance are decorated with
a circular scored concrete pattern and large circular
skylight. Externally, the building features a colorful
style designed to mimic Mexico's architecture.
