Midstate Construction, Cal-Pox, General
Motors and Marin Chevrolet, Inc, completed the remarkable
Team Chevrolet - Cadillac - Hyundai - Hummer of Marin
in San Rafael.
Located across from the Sonnen BMW
dealership, completed by Midstate in 1999; the dealership
is a 4.88 acre campus located on two lots, for sales
and service. Additionally, improvements were made
to two other acres of the site, which totals seven
acres.

The sales lot occupies 2.88 acres,
including a spacious, state of the art showroom, service
and reception area, with lounge. The dealership also
features a separate showroom for hummer vehicles.
The handsome 13,000 square foot sales
facility features a curved glass wall that borders
one side of the showroom and provides an attractive
front view for the building. As the primary building
on the campus, it contains a high open ceiling for
the showroom, offices for managerial, sales and administration.
