Scope of Work:
The project will retain the historic brick walls of the Cannery at the East wall, the South wall, and part of the North wall. In addition, the historic canopy of the south wall will be repaired and retained as well as the loading dock located at the East wall and parts of the South wall.
Public Pathway:
The project also includes an approximately 40 feet wide public pathway that provides public access to the pedestrian walkway and bike path along Santa Rosa Creek. The public pathway is located adjacent to the Santa Rosa site. There is approximately 6 feet of elevation change from the station side (East) to the pedestrian walkway (West).
Water Tower:
The historic water tower (approximately 70’ tall) stood on the Northside of Cannery building before the Cannery building was demolished. It is disassembled and stored on the site.
