Hotel Healdsburg
New construction of a luxury hotel in downtown Healdsburg. A three story building containing 55 hotel rooms, meeting facilities, spa, swimming pool, fountains and extensive landscaping on the ground floor and guest balconies overlooking the Plaza on the upper floor. Additionally, Midstate constructed the Hotel Healdsburg Spa and Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen. Awarded the 2003 Gold Nugget Award for Best Retail Project.
